The check out takes place at the end of the tenancy when the tenant leave. The Check In inventory is compared to the condition of the property at the time of Check Out. A report is made which details any differences to the condition of the property and detail our independent assessment as to the liability for any changes. We will complete a check out declaration, record final meter readings and if the tenant is available, we can take the keys on behalf of the Landlord or Agent. And we definitely make sure the property is secured before we leave.
